1. WARRANTY/COMPLAINTS
The Customer is always entitled to legal warranty rights for a period of two years from the delivery of the product, under the terms and conditions of the law. If you have purchased products not manufactured by ALFASTANDARD, you may be entitled to (additional) warranty conditions from the original manufacturer. The Customer cannot claim any additional warranty beyond what they are entitled to under legal or ALFASTANDARD warranties, or the manufacturer's warranty.
Under ALFASTANDARD's additional warranty for its own-brand products, claims may be made regarding material or manufacturing defects. A valid claim results in free repair or replacement of the Products, at ALFASTANDARD's discretion. If repair or replacement is not possible or reasonable, considering the costs involved, ALFASTANDARD has the duty, as a final solution, to refund the costs. In the event of any requests for payment of damages or costs, the article on Liability and Indemnity applies.
After notifying the defect, the Customer must allow ALFASTANDARD to analyze the Products. Inspection of the defective Product occurs at the location where the Product is at that time, or at ALFASTANDARD's premises, at ALFASTANDARD's discretion. Transport/return costs are borne by ALFASTANDARD, unless the warranty claim is denied, in which case the Customer must pay the transport costs.
Any defects in the Products resulting from normal wear and tear or any other external cause, such as, but not limited to, damage from transport carried out by the Customer, improper use, or if the Customer has made any repairs to the product without ALFASTANDARD's prior written authorization, will not be covered by the warranty, unless such use or repairs are inherent to the use of the Products.
We recommend that you note the Product's serial number and keep it with the invoice/receipt, as it may be requested in case of future warranty claims.
2. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
ALFASTANDARD's liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. ALFASTANDARD shall never be liable for any damage to the Customer if:
a. The damages result from non-compliance in relation to manufacturer's liability, unless ALFASTANDARD is legally responsible under the law;
b. The damages are indirect and/or consequential damages.
Notwithstanding the above, or any other provision of these Terms, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits, in any way, ALFASTANDARD's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for ALFASTANDARD to exclude, or attempt to exclude, its liability.
Should damage occur, the Customer is obliged to limit, as far as reasonably possible, any additional or other damage.
3. RIGHT OF RETURN / WITHDRAWAL
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract (applies to the act of purchase or order) within a period from delivery according to the terms mentioned below:

a. Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases, if the customer wishes to cancel the purchase (withdraw from the contract) after receiving the product, they have 14 consecutive days to communicate their withdrawal, without costs or the need to state a reason. The period counts from the date of receipt of the product or, in the case of service provision, from the date of contract conclusion.

Along with the withdrawal request, you must always include your name, NIF (tax identification number), and invoice.
b. Effects of withdrawal
The return of items will only be accepted if the products are in perfect condition, without any damage or signs of use.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive ordinary delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will proceed with the refund using the same means used for payment, whenever possible, or bank transfer as an alternative. In this case, proof of IBAN will be required. The refund may take between 5 to 10 days to appear on your statement. In any case, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof of having sent back the items, whichever is the earliest.
c. Return of items
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must make the items available for collection (free of charge) at a specified address, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal. Upon consultation and prior acceptance, ALFASTANDARD may proceed with the collection of the products.
d. Responsibility and Warranty
The Customer is only responsible for the depreciation of the items resulting from handling other than what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items.
All Products purchased from ALFASTANDARD, through the website [https://pharmacareonline.pt/](https://pharmacareonline.pt/), are covered by the guarantee that they are of satisfactory quality and fit for the purposes for which products of the same kind are commonly supplied.
e. Precedence of Terms
The above terms regarding the right of withdrawal only apply to contracts with consumers ("any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession") and take precedence over the Terms and Conditions of Sale which are and remain applicable to all other contracts and/or issues not covered by these terms.
ALFASTANDARD has the right of withdrawal for the purchase and delivery of several items delivered separately.

All statements on the Site regarding values, measurements, descriptions, and/or other designations are made with care but serve exclusively the purpose of identifying the products and are estimates, unless expressly indicated otherwise. Obvious errors, such as price, calculation, or typographical errors in offers, promotions, folders, brochures, catalogs, order confirmations, invoices, and other written statements by ALFASTANDARD are not binding.
ALFASTANDARD provides you with adequate, effective, and accessible technical means to identify and correct input errors. Before completing the order, you can change your contact details, delivery address, payment details, and/or remove or change products in your shopping cart by clicking on the "edit" or "remove" options. The availability of products presented on the Site is limited to the existing stock at any given time. Prices and other descriptions are subject to change without prior notice, including due to stock replenishment.
1.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
a. DELIVERY COSTS
In addition to the costs of purchasing the ordered Products, the Products are shipped from our distribution center; there is no possibility to refuse delivery or the related costs.
The amount of delivery costs is clearly indicated on the Site during the payment process. For deliveries outside Portugal, delivery costs will be calculated and communicated at the time of order confirmation.

a. DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
We will make every effort to inform you of estimated delivery dates when you place an order. The Customer accepts that the maximum delivery period may be 7 days, and will never exceed these 7 days. Products will only be delivered after approval of the Customer's (contact) details. If, for example, the details do not comply with Article 1.1 of these Terms, then ALFASTANDARD has the right to terminate the contract, in which case you will be informed by email or letter.
6.3 If any item is damaged or missing from your order, please contact us at 218860169 within two months of delivery or, if the order was delivered to a collection point for customer pickup, within two months of the date you collected the items from the store. Damaged products must be made available or left at a collection point for ALFASTANDARD to collect, without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day the Customer contacts us, unless otherwise agreed on a case-by-case basis.
6.4 Products are delivered to the location specified at the time the order is placed and the products are ordered. Ownership of the goods passes to the Customer upon full payment of the price and any other amounts. The risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery.
6.5 Products will be delivered (by a carrier) to the address indicated by the Customer. Delivery times are indicated on the Site and during the ordering process. If you choose to place your order in more than one order process, different delivery times may apply.
6.6 Delivery in Mainland Portugal
6.6.1 Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, and it is not possible to specify the exact time of delivery, including orders delivered to ALFASTANDARD collection points for customer pickup. After shipping, you will receive an email with more information about the shipping and delivery conditions. With regard to delivery to a pick-up location, the order is only available for collection after you receive an email confirming that the order is available for pickup. This email must be printed and presented upon collection.
The driver making the delivery requires a signature for all products, and if you are not available to accept delivery, please note that products cannot be left at entrances, porches, or other locations outside the home.
When placing your order, please indicate the floor for delivery. Please also note that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. The invoice is sent with the order, and the driver will request identification at the time of delivery.
Deliveries are carried out throughout mainland Portugal, including the following districts: Aveiro, Beja, Braga, Bragança, Castelo Branco, Coimbra, Évora, Faro, Guarda, Leiria, Lisbon, Portalegre, Porto, Santarém, Setúbal, Viana do Castelo, Vila Real, and Viseu.
6.7 Delivery to the Islands
6.7.1 Typically, shipments are made by the operators with whom ALFASTANDARD works. Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the items (see table). At the time of order confirmation, you will be informed of the amount. Delivery costs are not included in the total amount shown on the Site until the time of order confirmation.
b. DAMAGES DURING DELIVERY
If the Products are delivered with visible (transport) damage, please inform the carrier immediately and contact our customer support department as soon as possible. Failure to do so will not affect your rights (to any warranty claims), but doing so helps us file the claim or demand with the carrier or their insurance company.
1. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
The applicable prices are the prices of the products displayed on the Site. All prices are gross prices (including VAT) in € (Euros). The VAT amount is shown in detail at the time of order completion. You can make payment by Credit Card.
a. Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and Mastercard. The amount will be debited from your card at the moment ALFASTANDARD accepts your order.
Your order will be processed as soon as we receive payment.
Please note that payment for the Products must be made at the time you place your order.
When paying by credit card, the entity responsible for providing the service was STRIPE. No information about the credit card is provided to ALFASTANDARD, and the completion of the transaction is subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions which constitute an autonomous contractual relationship between you and your bank. Please ensure you agree to the terms and conditions before choosing to pay by credit card.
b. Suspension
The right to suspend any payment can only be exercised if your (counter-) claim relates to the same contract.
c. Modifications to the Service and Prices
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
d. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed on our site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

2. RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
The Products remain the property of ALFASTANDARD until full payment of all outstanding amounts is received.

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. 17. SEVERABILITY
