Cream used to treat recurrent cold sores as a skin lesion resulting from Herpes simplex infection.

Short description (250 characters): Acyclosine contains the active ingredient acyclovir and comes in cream form for topical application to the skin. Acyclovir belongs to a group of medications called antivirals (treatments for infections caused by viruses). Acyclosine is applied to the skin to treat recurrent cold sores, which are caused by the herpes simplex virus.

Recommended Use: Adults and children 12 years and older - apply 5 times a day, every 4 hours, omitting the nighttime application. It should be applied as soon as possible to injuries or impending injuries.

Children aged 2 to 12 years - the same treatment as adults.
