Antigrippine Trieffect Cough capsules contain the following active substances:
-Paracetamol, which is an analgesic (pain reliever) effective against pain such as headaches and sore throats and reduces body temperature in case of fever (antipyretic);
- Guaifenesin which is an expectorant and helps release mucus in productive coughs;
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride which is a decongestant used to reduce swelling in the airways to help you breathe more easily.
Indicated for short-term relief of cold and flu symptoms, including mild to moderate pain, headache, nasal congestion and sore throat, chills and fever, and for the relief of productive cough. You should only use Antigrippine Trieffect Cough capsules if you have a combination of cold and flu symptoms, such as pain/fever, nasal congestion, and cough.
This medication can be used by adults, the elderly, and children 16 years of age and older. If you do not feel better or if your condition worsens after 3 days, or if other symptoms appear, you should consult a doctor.

Indicated for short-term relief of cold and flu symptoms, including mild to moderate pain, headache, nasal congestion and sore throat, chills and fever, and for the relief of productive cough.
Recommended use:
Adults and teens 16 and older who weigh more than 50 pounds
The recommended dose is 2 capsules every 4 to 6 hours as needed, up to a maximum of 3 doses in 24 hours. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not take more than 6 capsules (3g of paracetamol) in 24 hours.
Antigrippine Trieffect Tosse capsules should not be used in adults, the elderly or children aged 16 years and over, weighing less than 50 kg.
Unless directed by your doctor, do not take more than 4 capsules per day in the following situations:
- Chronic alcoholism
- Dehydration
- Malnutrition Use in elderly patients and people with liver or kidney disease
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you are elderly or have kidney or liver disease, as you may need a lower or less frequent dose.
Use in children and adolescents:
This medicine should not be taken by children and adolescents under 16 years of age.
For oral use. Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not chew.
You should talk to a doctor if symptoms persist for more than 3 days, worsen, or other symptoms occur.
