The fast-acting, long-lasting, cooling menthol formula provides penetrating pain relief for sore muscles and joints, simple back pain, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.

Recommended use: Adults and children 2 years and older: Rub a thin film over the affected area, no more than 3 to 4 times a day. Children under 2 years: Consult a doctor. Wash hands after use with cold water. Warnings: For external use only. Flammable: Keep away from excessive heat or open flames. When using this product: Use only as directed, avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes, do not apply to wounds or damaged skin, do not apply to irritated skin or if excessive irritation occurs, do not apply tightly to bandages, or use with a heating pad or device.
