Recommended use:

The recommended daily dose of Eno is 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10g) per day.

To prepare the effervescent drink, dissolve 5g in 200ml of water, wait for the fruit salts to dissolve, and then drink. Take the second dose at least 2 to 3 hours after the first.
