Indicated for the treatment of constipation in children and infants, even in the presence of visceral hypersensitivity (such as irritable bowel syndrome), anal fissures, and hemorrhoids. It loosens the bowel, has a protective effect, and consequently reduces the discomfort, irritation, and inflammation present in constipation.

Combines evacuating action with protective and consequently soothing action on the rectal mucosa;

Melilax's double action is achieved thanks to PROMELAXIN, a complex of nectar and honeydew honeys specifically selected and treated based on their monosaccharide, polysaccharide and melanoidin content, enriched with the polysaccharide fraction of Aloe and Mallow;

It exerts an evacuating action that induces a stimulus to activate defecation;

Because it contains mucus-like properties and is viscous, it protects the rectal mucosa during stool passage. These special properties, along with its antioxidant action, give the product the ability to protect the mucosa and, consequently, provide relief.

Recommended use:

• • Children between 0 and 1 year old: half a 5 g micro-enema as needed.

  • Children between 1 and 3 years old: 1 5g micro-enema as needed.

  • Children between 3 and 12 years old: 1 5g micro-enema as needed. In case of severe constipation, administer 2 doses simultaneously.

• 1. Apply the product to the baby or child's perianal region and gently insert the cannula into the rectum.

• 2. Press the microenema all the way down and, at the end of the application, keep it pressed until the cannula is completely removed to prevent the product from being aspirated again.
