Medication indicated for the treatment of fever and mild to moderate pain.

Description:
Nurofen Musc is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antifebrile medication indicated for the treatment of fever (lasting less than 3 days) and mild to moderate pain, such as toothache, headache, muscle pain and menstrual pain.

What it is for: Analgesic, antipyretic and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory.

Ingredients:
Active substance: Ibuprofen (400 mg).

Excipients and other constituents: Croscarmellose sodium, Xylitol, Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Anhydrous colloidal silica, Carmellose sodium, Talc, Dry acacia spray, Sucrose, Titanium dioxide, Macrogol 6000 powder, Red printing ink, Industrial denatured alcohol.

Conservation:
Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture.

Precautions:
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the drug's constituents (active substances or excipients) or acetylsalicylic acid.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Do not take if you have a high fever (above 39.5ºC).
Do not use for more than 3 consecutive days to treat fever in children and adults, nor for more than 4 days to treat pain in adults, unless expressly directed by a doctor.
Contraindicated in cases of gastrointestinal problems, such as ulcers, gastritis, recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding or inflammatory bowel diseases, such as ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease.
Contraindicated in cases of asthma, rhinitis and urticaria.
Contraindicated in cases of severe heart failure, severe liver failure and severe kidney failure.
It is not recommended for use if you are dehydrated or if you suffer from Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) or other autoimmune diseases.
You should use it with caution if you are taking anticoagulant medications (e.g., Warfine), as there is a higher risk of bleeding, especially in the gastrointestinal tract. Consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Not recommended for use if you are taking other anti-inflammatories. Check with your pharmacist.
Not recommended for use if you are taking antidepressants, lithium, methotrexate, or cardiac glycosides. Consult your pharmacist.
Not recommended for use if you are taking cyclosporine, corticosteroids, or high blood pressure medications. Check with your pharmacist.
Not recommended for use if you are taking medications for diabetes, HIV/AIDS, or ginkgo biloba. Check with your pharmacist.
During treatment, avoid drinking alcoholic beverages.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

How to use:
Swallow the tablets with a little water, preferably after meals, as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.
