Description:
The active ingredients, pancreatin and dimethicone, have a synergistic effect, complementing each other in terms of effectiveness. Dimethicone is a pharmacologically inert and non-toxic silicone derivative with a high intrinsic anti-foaming power, allowing the absorption of pathologically accumulated gas at different levels of the digestive tract. Pancreatin normalizes digestion (one of the sources of gas production), correcting the fermentation and putrefaction processes that are the main cause of pathological gas formation.

Active substance: Dimethicone (80 mg), Pancreatin (172 mg) .

Do not use if allergic to any of the components of the medicine.
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Contraindicated if you have pancreas problems.
Not recommended for use if you are taking antacids. Check with your pharmacist.
Patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, the Lapp lactase deficiency or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take this medicine.
