Description:
Reumon Lotion is an anti-inflammatory indicated for the relief of painful conditions, such as muscle and joint pain, tendonitis, sprains, strains and other injuries associated with sports trauma.
The extensive experience of using etofenamate for cutaneous use, as well as the various studies carried out, demonstrated the effectiveness of etofenamate in the treatment of rheumatic disorders and closed and muscular traumas.
The studies demonstrated improvements in the efficacy parameters under evaluation (pain relief, mobility, and decreased edema). Etofenamate has the mechanism of action of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with cyclooxygenase inhibition, resulting in a decrease in prostaglandins and lipoxygenase inhibition. It also inhibits the release of histamine from mast cells.

What it's for: Muscle pain relief/Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for topical use.

Ingredients:
Active substance: Etofenamate (100 mg/ml).

Excipients and other constituents: Glyceryl monostearate, Cetyl alcohol, Macrogol stearate, Diisopropyladipate, Benzyl alcohol, Sodium citrate dihydrate, Anhydrous citric acid, Aluminum silicate, Magnesium, Purified water.

Conservation:
Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture.

Precautions:
Do not use if you are allergic to any of the drug's constituents (active substances or excipients).
Keep out of reach and sight of children.
Do not use for more than 14 consecutive days for injuries and/or rheumatism, unless expressly directed by a doctor.
Do not use for more than 21 consecutive days for arthritis pain unless specifically directed by a doctor.
It is not recommended for use if you have kidney or liver failure, without medical advice.
Do not apply to eczema, ulcerated areas or open wounds.
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
During treatment, avoid exposing the treated area to sunlight or UV rays.
Not recommended for use if you are taking enoxaparin, hydrochlorothiazide, triamterene, or lithium. Check with your pharmacist.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant, or are planning to become pregnant, consult your doctor before taking this medicine.

How to use:
Apply to the areas to be treated, as recommended by a doctor or pharmacist.
Massage slowly to facilitate absorption of the emulsion.
After application, wash your hands thoroughly.
