Rapid Male Fertility Test Cassette SP-10 (semen)

SP-10 is a protein found in seminal plasma, the fluid ejaculated during sexual activity. SP-10 is a sperm count marker, and its concentration in semen can be used to determine male fertility.

A high concentration of SP-10 protein in semen is generally associated with a higher sperm count, while a low concentration of SP-10 protein may indicate a lower sperm count.

However, SP-10 levels alone are not a definitive measure of male fertility, with other relevant factors such as sperm motility and morphology.

Recommended use : The semen sample should be collected between 3 and 7 days after the last ejaculation. Collect the semen sample, avoiding cross-contamination, and let it rest for 60 minutes. Prepare the sample in the solution vial as directed in the instructions and wait 2 minutes. Add the solution to the sample well of the Spermcheck Fertility Device and wait 7 minutes.
