Rapid Vaginal pH Test

Vaginal pH Self-Test Box 1 Test Kit is indicated for the detection of abnormalities in pH levels through vaginal exudate, as an aid in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis.

The vaginal pH test is a rapid dry chemical method for semi-quantitative detection of female vaginal pH to aid in the diagnosis of bacterial vaginosis.

A pH paper is used to determine the pH levels in a sample obtained from vaginal exudate. As soon as the swab containing the vaginal sample comes into contact with the pH strip contained in the test panel, a color change occurs.

Different pH levels can result in different shades of color, with each color corresponding to a particular pH level on the color scale.

Recommended use: Insert the tip of the swab slowly into the vagina and press gently against a spot on the vaginal wall for 10 seconds.

It is important to ensure that the swab head is well moistened with vaginal secretions.

Remove the swab from the vagina for testing.

Apply the swab head to the pH area on the test panel at least 5 times, ensuring that a sufficient amount of secretion is applied to the pH area of the test panel.

Check the result immediately while the measuring area is wet. Compare the color on the pH measuring area with the color scale on the bag.
