Herbal medicine indicated for mild and temporary anxiety and temporary difficulty falling asleep.

Recommended use: Oral. Recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age:
Relief of mild nervous tension: 1 tablet, 3 times a day.
Difficulty falling asleep: 1 tablet taken half an hour to an hour before bedtime, if necessary 1 additional tablet can be taken early in the evening.
Maximum daily dose: 4 tablets.
